We have an opportunity for an Accounts Assistant to join a nationwide provider of Open Space Management, to assist with our day-to-day transactional processing.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an Accounts Assistant with the desire to further their own development, whilst being part of the continued growth of an ambitious and successful business. You may be working towards your AAT qualification, however if you can demonstrate experience of working within a finance department, we would love to hear from you.

As an Accounts Assistant, you will be crucial to our continued success by taking responsibility for all day-to-day transactions within the finance team. Reporting directly to the Senior Accounts Coordinator, the successful candidate will be responsible for the raising and issuing of all sales invoices, daily banking, invoice processing, collecting monthly direct debits and addressing both client and customer queries whilst maintaining our high standards for both quality and customer service satisfaction.

Your previous experience may have been gained working for a major house builder or service provider but what is important is the willingness and ability to do what is right.

Main Responsibilities
- Completing routine processes such as raising invoices in line with business schedules
- Daily Bank reconciliations
- Ensuring our customers’ requirements & expectations are met in a courteous and professional manner
- Identifying areas of improvement within current systems
- Ensuring company standards and procedures are followed
- Achieving quality standards and fully reconciled customer accounts

Key Skills
- Excellent communications skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
- Previous Experience of using MRI Qube desirable
- Work efficiently under pressure
- Highly motivated, reliable, with the commitment to complete activities
- Ability to prioritise your own workload
