THE ROLE:
- Answering general customer queries by telephone and email
- Calling pubs around the UK to check orders have been received
- Processing orders and returns, mainly over the phone.
- Invoicing
- Using various IT portals
- Packing goods to ship out
KEY SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
- Experience in either sales or customers service
- IT literate
- Good telephone manner
- Self-motivated, able to prioritise.
