We are a leading international civil engineering company, specialising in complex market sectors including transportation, energy, tunnelling, building, civil and structural engineering.

We are looking for a part-time Facilities Administrator to join our head office team and provide maternity leave cover.

As Facilities Administrator, you will be responsible for the procedures and processes associated with managing Company vehicles and the administration of all vehicle related statutory requirements.

Your responsibilities will include:
- Getting quotes for and ordering new vehicles on a best value basis with internal approvals secured
- Maintenance of all car fleet records and managing contract extensions, changes and terminations
- Supporting the online mileage capture system, identifying discrepancies, exceptions and providing reports on e.g. fuel spend and carbon usage
- Administration of fuel cards, license checks and insurance databases for all drivers to ensure compliance with both statutory and Company requirements
- Coordinating insurers and suppliers to ensure the timely cost effective repair of vehicles
- Managing the Fleet Operators Recognition Scheme (FORS) requirements for the Company to ensure that appropriate external accreditations are maintained
- Administering all penalty charges and fines ensuring appropriate recharges of costs via payroll deduction or invoice.

You should be an effective communicator who takes pride in the quality of their work with good MS Office skills and who enjoys working with others as part of a team. Previous experience in an Administrative or Coordination role is desirable.
