They have an excellent new opportunity for a fully qualified and experienced Financial Controller.
The company is fast growing, financially very profitable, self-funded with excellent cash flow, and provides amazing sought-after products and services to business owners nationwide.
THE ROLE:
- As the Financial Controller, you will oversee all accounting functions within the business, working closely with the CEO and COO.
- You will be responsible for the Finance team ensuring a robust controlled environment. Leading by example and maintaining strong discipline and control – the detail is essential!
- You will also be responsible for financial reporting and financial data analysis to improve departmental performance management.
- Working with the Heads providing them with financial and commercial support.
- Manage and develop the group’s budgeting and forecasting processes.
KEY SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
- Proven experience conducting sound financial planning, analysis, reporting, P&L, Balance Sheet and cash flow models to enable strong commercial business decisions.
- Commercially aware, focused and self-motivated, you will be a natural communicator with the ability to build and nurture strong business relationships with all departments.
- Extensive previous experience in managing and re-engineering financial processes.
- Strong understanding of UK GAAP.
- US experience would be beneficial.
- Qualified Accountant (ACCA, ACA, CIMA)
- Applicants must currently live in the Essex area.
SALARY & BENEFITS:
- Salary of £60,000 - £70,000, dependent on experience.
