General Labourers are required to service water cooling towers. The role is national; ideally, candidates will be based in Yorkshire or Cumbria.
THE ROLE:
- Visiting sites to maintain and repair cooling towers.
- Supporting an experienced service engineer.
- General site work, including a range of manual tasks, such as unloading, lifting, moving, and organising materials, goods and equipment.
- You will receive a regular monthly wage, but some weeks may be hectic, and some will be quiet. So you must demonstrate flexibility, including the potential of weekend work.
- Additionally, you'll sometimes be working away from home, with a hotel and food paid for.
- Full training will be provided.
KEY SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
- Previous experience in onsite general labouring: physical manual tasks and heavy lifting.
- Happy occasionally working at height and in confined spaces.
- Risk-aware, so you keep yourself and others safe.
- Clean Full UK driving license.
SALARY & BENEFITS:
- Salary £22,000 - £25,000, dependent on experience
