Location: This is a office based role from our offices in Ashford, Kent
Salary: up to £35,000pa + £7,500 Target Based Bonus

Job overview
We are looking for an experienced marketer to coordinate, execute and project manage multiple marketing activities covering:
- The creation of – written content, websites, sales brochures, emails
- The management of - CRM automations, reporting, analytics, paid ad accounts (Facebook, Google, LinkedIn)
- The coordination of freelancers for - graphic design, video editing, copywriting

An ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 2 years’ experience within:
- Google Ads Management
- Facebook Ads Management
- CRM & Marketing automation experience (preferably HubSpot)
- Google Analytics / Tableau
- Copywriting
- WYSIWYG CMS Management (basic HTML / CSS preferable)
- Graphic design or the management of graphic design freelancers / employees
- Video editing or the management of video editing freelancers / employees

Job Responsibilities
- Plan, guide and manage video and design teams to creating high impact content such as brochures, articles, videos, landing pages, sales letters, proposal templates and more in a way that engages and encourages valuable action
- To coordinate a busy content production schedule of short clips, articles, podcasts, and videos, collaborating with internal teams to gather, organise and produce content in line with our content marketing strategy
- Assist with the production of some less technical video and graphical projects (experience in graphic design and video editing is a bonus)
- Constantly have your finger on the pulse of marketing metrics, understand their significance, and proactively provide feedback and suggestions to their improvement
- Complete regular reports and be comfortable presenting them within company meetings
- Understand SEO best practises and execute them for our brand websites
- Execute and optimise paid media campaigns across Google, LinkedIn & Meta platforms with proven experience doing so
- Build landing pages across our website platforms within a WYSIWYG editor. Entry level HTML & CSS is a bonus
- Update and maintain software integrations across our Martech suite to ensure our RevGen machine is always fully functioning
