Firstly: This is a Salaried Key Accounts or ASM role, so the pay range you see advertised is exactly what you will earn, and not an OTE. We pay based on the effort we know our great people put in and not for them to chase fluctuating commissions.

Our growth backed by our established brands and long term customer contracts, is all set for to continue as a long term trend, and not a short term bounce. That doesn't mean however, that we are going to sit back on current success - we need to make sure we are more in tune than ever with with our long term contacts and those loyal existing customers.

Who are we? A leading and long established brand name in our UK markets for packaging applications, with a reputation for quality, service, and innovation. We have the advantage of the ownership of a leading European Group but with the autonomy here in the UK to pursue our business goals.

Now, we need to press on with our work, our customer loyalty and growth of market share, by a more personal coverage across England that we haven't enjoyed historically.

THAT is where your Key Accounts or Sales expertise in packaging (or related areas) will help to further develop our brand and presence, both virtually and in person.

The Role

- Responsible for management of all Key Accounts for the brand within the Midlands to the North of England
- Achieve sales targets by region, customer and product sector.
- Develop sales strategies that align with revenue targets and ensure that those strategies work with our customers and apply effective planning and reporting systems to monitor their effectiveness and measure performance.
- Grow strong multi-level relationships with all accounts, further optimising opportunities created through contacts.

The Individual

An experienced Key Accounts career track record in B2B to the packaging sector.
An understanding of the key issues of protective packaging performance, the way in which it is measured and trends in the market place, including potential future developments.
Self-driven, adaptable and motivated multi-tasker, with genuine enthusiasm for our customers.
Excellent communication skills, along with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to be able to establish logical practical solutions.
