IT Company is seeking a highly organised and efficient part-time Personal Assistant and Administrator to support the Managing Director.

Responsibilities:
- Managing calendar and scheduling appointments
- Coordinating meetings and events
- Acting as a liaison between the MD and other departments
- Organising travel arrangements
- Providing general administrative support
- Keeping track of expenses and invoices
- Helping to manage projects and ensure deadlines are met
- Assisting with accounting tasks such as bookkeeping, invoicing, and budgeting

Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or similar administrative role
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
- Strong sense of discretion and confidentiality
- Familiarity with IT industry and accounting a plus
