Join a leading manufacturing company in Birstall as a Production Manager. This is a newly created role where the right individual will impact the business's growth.
THE ROLE:
- Managing a team of eleven, you will oversee the production process and coordinate all activities to ensure enough resources are available.
- Deliver industrial system projects from initiation to completion.
- Work with operations and finance to implement structure, processes, policies and manage the production department.
- Monitor productivity rates, standards and quality control.
- Implement improvements to the product process.
- Estimating costs, preparing budgets and monthly reports for management meetings.
- Management of Systems Projects.
KEY SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
- 3+ years of similar experience within a manufacturing company.
- Project management experience.
- Experience with Lean and CI methodologies.
- Strong organisational skills.
- Strong leadership skills.
SALARY & BENEFITS:
- £36,000 with on-target earnings of £42,000.
