We are looking for an enthusiastic and engaging Internal Sales Account Manager to join our developing commercial team. Previous experience of telesales or a comparable sales/customer service role is not essential, however at least two years sales experience is preferred.

Based out of our offices in Fordingbridge, Hampshire, the role will support and contribute fully to the steady revenue growth the company is currently generating.

- Being fully committed to supporting colleagues across the business as required

Role Requirements
- Able to deal with a high volume of inbound calls, multi-tasking as necessary
- Make outbound calls, particularly following up prospective business or underperforming existing customers
- Use your questioning and listening skills to understand the needs of your customers and therefore provide an excellent on-going customer experience
- Be an excellent communicator, extremely comfortable presenting products and services over the phone as well as dealing with potential complaints and issues
- Be able to provide an extremely high level of service both internally supporting colleagues and externally supporting customers
- It will take at least three months to gain a basic knowledge of the extensive product range offered hence we require someone who will be committed and loyal
- Experience and qualifications are important but primarily you must be confident, enthusiastic, committed, quick thinking and able to operate in a busy team environment

Person Specification
- Quick learner with the ability to learn about new products and services and describe/explain them to customers
- Authentic – the ability to not simply charm people but to come across as genuinely likeable, trustworthy and interested in what they have to say
- Organised – setting priorities, coordinating with other members of the sales team, coping with multiple tasks
- Resilient – the ability to move straight on with the next call and remain upbeat even after dealing with a difficult customer
- Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Cool-tempered and able to manage occasionally difficult customer queries
- IT Literacy – quickly and efficiently accessing records, checking databases, updating files, often whilst talking to a customer at the same time

- Salary up to 25k per year dependent on experience plus bonus.
