We are a global promotions and premiums agency working primarily on merchandise for new global movie releases. We partner with leading consumer brands to develop engaging promotional products and exciting retail merchandise to support the execution of their global sales and marketing strategies.

Based in Caterham, Surrey, our offices benefit from good public transport links as well as on-site parking although home working is also available

We are looking for a Senior Bookkeeper who is an expert in Xero and particularly multi-currency accounting (GBP, USD & EURO)

The role will report to the Directors and will involve a variety of tasks, including:
- Managing VAT returns and EC Sales Lists
- Producing detailed monthly financial reports and management accounts for the directors
- Maintaining up-to-date cash flow forecasts across multiple currency accounts
- Managing the purchase ledger, remittance and payments to suppliers
- Processing and filing supplier invoices where required
- Raising payments via internet banking
- Managing the Sales ledger, raising invoices
- Credit control and chasing overdue/outstanding debtors
- Reconciling multi-currency bank accounts and company credit cards
- Preparing monthly payroll adjustments
- Supervision of the part-time bookkeeper and delegation of the appropriate workload
- Month-end stock reconciliations
- Reviewing specific job costings
- Controlling costs/overheads
- Maintaining budgets on Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets
- Constantly reviewing and improving existing processes/systems
- Any ad-hoc duties arising

You will have superb IT skills, including a wealth of knowledge and experience in Xero (including advanced reporting features). You should also have advanced Microsoft Excel skills as well as accurate typing skills for the production of letters and emails

You will be a great communicator and have the ability to speak confidently with a variety of customers/suppliers

Your "can do" attitude will be matched by the confidence and enthusiasm to take ownership of any problems or issues all the way from identification to final resolution. Your attention to detail will be second to none
